220 Triatholon magazine ran the following feature on Kerry's daily fuel intake and there is even mention of Jim Cusicks homemade bread!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Its great to get an insight into the diet of an elite athlete- but to be perfectly honest it only seems like one trip to the fridge to me.  Maybe thats where I'm going wrong....
