We weren't gifted with the glorious weather of the previous year however it was still an excellent day. Three groups set out from Brodick, the pack on the pilgrimage around the island (pictured) and two splinter groups. The second group took the coast road but were forced to take refuge in a local hostelry after the gradient hit 1:100 and the third group took to the mountainous terrain across the island to conquer and claim it for the Couriers.</div> <div> An excellent day although the return ferry proved to be a little to choppy for a couple of fearless cyclists. </div> <div> More importantly we didn't accrue any more injuries to add to our unfortunately impressive tally for the year.</div> <div>  </div> <div> <IMG SRC="0d5f9d70.jpg" border=0 width="505" height="215" ALIGN="BOTTOM" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0"></div> <bR> <div> <B>2004 Arran Club Run</B></div> <bR> <div> Club Run to Arran on Saturday 30th October, excellent day with 12 Club Members enjoying the Glorious Arran sunshine.</div> <bR> <div> <IMG SRC="0b11ed70.jpg" border=0 width="286" height="215" ALIGN="BOTTOM" HSPACE="0" VSPACE="0"></div> <bR> <div> Any suggestions for the date and location of the next run greatly appreciated.
